Together, we will uncover what success looks like, the limiting beliefs and behaviors that are impeding growth, and drive action to gain confidence, clarity, productivity, and satisfaction.

    I work with organizations and functional leaders to assess talent, identify strengths and opportunities, and ultimately build leaders and high-performing teams that achieve results while fostering positive workplace cultures that become their differentiator in the market.

    I provide 360 assessments, DiSC trainings, and curate and facilitate custom, unique, immersive programs for leaders at all levels. Together we create a strategy that ensures senior leaders understand what leadership capabilities and competencies are necessary to execute on the business goals, accelerate performance, and achieve results.

  • Group and Team Coaching

    I offer an intensive group coaching program for those in leadership roles focused on strengthening mental fitness to optimize performance. While we can’t control the challenges that life throws our way, we can control how we respond. This program is designed to deepen participant’s self awareness, and learn actionable techniques to strengthen their capacity to respond to challenges with a more positive mindset, resulting in reduced stress and conflict, and improved communication, productivity and satisfaction.

    This content can be offered both in-house for leadership teams, or for individuals seeking to join a cohort based on shared roles and identities.
