My Story
I began my career as a clinical social worker where I found my passion for supporting individuals and groups on the journey of transformation while navigating obstacles and systems along the way. I have spent 25+ years across the nonprofit and private sector aligning talent with strategy. My clinical background grounds me in curiosity, while my management experience drives a bias towards action and results. After leading a nonprofit for over a decade, I moved into corporate HR where I led the organizational culture, employee experience and diversity, equity and inclusion function at a global tech company.
These experiences have taken me around the world: into schools, hospitals, nonprofits, board rooms and publicly traded companies. Working as a coach, consultant, and facilitator, I bring organizational culture, talent development, employee engagement, and team effectiveness expertise and solutions to organizations.
Throughout my experiences, one thing remains clear: business grows when people grow. Strategy is just words on a paper without the talent to execute and the culture for teams to thrive. I have seen that the most successful leaders are those who balance credibility with authenticity, combining their expertise with transparency about where they need to grow.
